Founded by Brian Schaller, a Connecticut native, Double Diamond Painting is built on expertise, integrity and a passion for craftsmanship. Brian began his painting career in 2011 while leading a crew along the Connecticut shoreline. In 2016, he earned his degree in Management and Administration from Southern Connecticut State University and went on to manage a painting franchise that served more than 700 customers, maintaining a 98% satisfaction rating.
After graduating, Brian worked as a business coach, mentoring young entrepreneurs and helping them grow successful small businesses. That experience strengthened his belief in community and customer service and ultimately inspired him to return to hands-on painting and leadership within his own company.
The name Double Diamond Painting was born during a ski trip to Utah. In skiing, a “double diamond” marks the most challenging, expert-only slopes – a fitting symbol for the company’s commitment to professionalism, precision and excellence.
When he’s not leading the team, Brian enjoys skiing, hiking and climbing – pursuits that reflect the same focus and drive that guide his work.
